How to Prepare yourself for the 45 minutes Session

Preparation is not about making yourself worthy — only the blood of Jesus does that. But intentional preparation creates the right spiritual environment for deep breakthrough. Here is what we ask every person to do before their 45 minutes Session with the Prayer Coach.

  • Fast for at least one meal on the day of your session if you are able (consult your doctor if you have a medical condition)
  • Spend time in prayer before the session — invite the Holy Spirit to reveal anything He wants to address
  • Write down your history: any occult involvement, generational sin patterns, traumatic events, and recurring bondages
  • Remove yourself to a private, quiet space where you will not be interrupted for 45 minutes
  • Have water nearby — physical responses such as coughing or yawning are common during the session
  • Use a laptop or tablet if possible — a larger screen helps maintain connection and focus
  • Ensure your WhatsApp or Zoom is updated and your microphone and camera are working before the session begins
  • Come with an open, willing heart. God responds to humility and honesty.

PLEASE NOTE: The 45 minutes session is NOT the deliverance program (though deliverance can happen). It is for examining what we are going to be dealing with during the program.
